Streptococcus agalactiae (S. agalactiae) is a microorganism that asymptomatically colonizes the female genital and gastrointestinal tracts of humans. It produces infections in extreme ages life pregnant women. The case an adult male presented, with frequent heterosexual intercourse different partners. He consulted for itching burning penis' glans. His partner had marked vaginal dryness as result early ovarian failure. patient ulcerative, non-painful, erythematous lesions raised edges little yellow-green discharge. No Donovan bodies were found discharge smear culture was positive S. agalactiae. asymptomatic negative microbiological tests. Both serologies Chlamydia, HIV syphilis. information obtained from other sexual contacts. cannot be ascertained it venereal event, more likely injuries are related to repeated coital trauma.
